Once the Arverne By The Sea development is completed, there will be a total of six neighborhoods, each with its own Homeowners’ Association. We are currently selling our final two-family home neighborhood, The Dunes. This is your last chance to own an income producing two-family oceanfront home at Arverne By The Sea. The Breakers

The Dunes

The Dunes neighborhood is located right on the beach, and conveniently close to the Arverne By The Sea retail transit plaza restaurants and shops. New models are available in The Dunes that were not offered in previous phases of Arverne By The Sea. Most of the homes in The Dunes are two-family, with select one-family homes available. The Sands was the first neighborhood built at Arverne By The Sea along the southwest side. The neighborhood consists of 46 two-family homes, all of which enjoy spacious layouts and gorgeous views.

Palmers Landing (sold out)

Palmers Landing is a centrally located, award-winning neighborhood within Arverne By The Sea. With 121 two-family homes, it is the closest neighborhood to the new YMCA at Arverne By The Sea recreation center.

Ocean Breeze (sold out)

Ocean Breeze features 255 total units over three condominium buildings: Coral House, Nautilus, and The Reef. These units have breathtaking ocean views and enjoy access to recreation rooms, neighborhood parks, and local amenities.
